CAD software is very useful for designing parts and products by constructing 3D models. I am proficient with Autodesk Fusion 360 and SolidWorks CAD Package. I have developed modelling techniques with both surfacing and solid modelling.

Prototypes also serve as a good communication tool where viewers can physically interact and observe conceptual designs before the production can begin.

Photo-realisitc renders are used to visually display how products can appear. Materials, textures and colours can be adjusted to give designers and clients options, which help with decision making towards the finishing touches in product design.

Product development and part design require detailed technical documentation to take a design concept forward into manufacture and mass production. Geometric dimensions and tolerances are detailed in engineering drawings to communicate and formalise the design specifications

3D scanning technologies captures 3D data of object from which can be used to create new versions of products or to improve obsolete ones. I can work with with existing products that lack technical documentation or CAD models.
